VE Court Lolita Dress — BJD 1:4 and 1:6 Doll Clothes

A court-style lolita dress with a full skirt, cut for ball-jointed dolls at 1:4 and 1:6. The silhouette depends on the skirt holding its shape, which is why the panels are cut separately rather than gathered from a single piece.
