Delivery times

Many of our items are held in warehouses in the United States and reach US addresses within the standard times below.*

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. In every case your order arrives within 30 calendar days of dispatch. If it does not, our delivery guarantee below applies.

* Some items are not held in a United States warehouse. Those items are dispatched from one of our international warehouses and take longer than the times above — allow up to 30 calendar days. The express times above apply to items dispatched from a United States warehouse.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us and we will resolve it.

Holiday delivery deadlines

To arrive before 25 December, we recommend ordering by:

United States — 8 December (standard) or 15 December (express)
United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta — 1 December (standard) or 10 December (express)

Carrier networks run at peak load through December. These dates are our guidance; we cannot guarantee carrier performance during the holiday period.

Our delivery guarantee

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of shipping (standard) or 20 days (express), contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice. You will not be asked to chase the carrier yourself.

Taxes and import charges

Prices are shown in your local currency. For orders delivered outside the United States, import VAT or customs duties may be charged by your local authority on delivery and are not included in the price you pay us. Where these charges apply they are set by your country, not by Virgilio Elite.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will correct it free of charge. Once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you confirm the corrected address.
